Late DokiDoki April Crate Review + Sakura Matsuri 2017 at Brooklyn Botanical!

Hello guys, Tsubaki here! Sorry for this late posting but things got really busy due to everything happening! So just to update, New York had their Brooklyn Botanical Sakura Matsuri this year April 29 -30th! I only went on April 30th due to my work hours. Below is some pictures I took along with some stuff I got <3

The sakuras were amazing this year! 

My favorite origami piece was the unicorn.

Everything was so lovely I took many flower pictures!

Got this cute traditional bag that I am highly using for my portable phone charger, a mini kendama and a box of these awesome Royce white chocolate covered chips. I highly recommend the chips they are so good and you don't need to eat all of them to enjoy it!

Onward to the DokiDoki Crate! I must say sorry for not having the YumeTwins Crate here because it did not come in and will hopefully get a replacement box.

This crate came with a lovely flower pen, a cute Rillakuma pouch, a Sentimental Circus face cloth, a super soft kitty plush, a hair scrunchy featuring one of the Disney princesses, a very nice note pad featuring the got to see movie Your Name and the cute monthly Hoppe chan! The note pad came just in time because I needed one for all the stuff I was doing plus the design is very nice and soft colored.

I got the Belle scrunchy which is great because I like Belle! Only thing I am worried about is that the lettering coming off because it isn't stitched on so there is a chance of it peeling off after a while.

The Sentimental Circus cloth is the reason why I really wanted this month's DokiDoki crate! I love Sentimental Circus and it is kinda hard to get here in the States. I love the design and if I could I would buy the rest of the different cloths of all the characters! But until then at least I got cute Mouton <3

Last is this cute fluffy kitty! I love it because unlike other plushies of this size it doesn't have beans in its tummy so its fully squishy!

Overall I really liked this crate. I hope more Sentimental Circus items comes to more kawaii crates because I love San-X products and feel like it really should be more advertised and known!

Kagerou Daze Vol.2 preordered and Life randomness

Hey guys!

Good news is you can preorder the second volume of Kagerou Daze but if I remember correctly it won't come out until a few months, so maybe July. Volume one just came out last week! And I love it! I don't know why but it is awesome to have the offical manga and to own it. 

Sakura Matsuri which is 4/25 to 4/26 is happening in NYC Brooklyn Botanical Graden. I went on Saturday and saw Misako Rocks whom I support because I love how is trlls her real life stories through her manga. I also saw her a few years back and had bought the first volume of Detective Jermain which is signed by her and once volume 2 comes out and I hopefully do the same. But on Saturday I had loads of fun with friends and got her manga called Rock and Roll Love which I adore because it has sich areal life feel in it. I know she will continue to make more awesome manga. 

There are more events coming up in NYC. Japan Day is May 10 at Central Park. I will try to go but it is in the middle of my finals (e_e). 

I will try to keep updating this but the closer it gets to Summer the more busy!
