Custom A6 Wide Leather Cover by LeRight/ LeCow

Hello and welcome back to another stationery review. This time I finally got a chance to design a custom leather cover! 

For over a year I have been wanting to order from Diamond at LeRight/ LeCow after watching so many amazing reviews on YouTube about other people's customized covers. I personally messaged them on Etsy but they also have a website.

If you've been around here before you know I love the A6 size, especially for daily journaling. It took a few test runs but I am very much staying with an A6 fountain pen-friendly notebook that can hold an entire year. However, none of the Hobonichi covers really hold everything I end up sticking into my journal in the first place. I do still use my Hobonichi covers for other notebooks.

I gave Diamond the sketch I drew, messaged about the details, and ordered it on June 28th and it arrived July 15th, which is super fast. Love that it came with tracking so I didn't worry about where it is as it travels through USPS.

This cover is so beautiful and a dream come true! As soon as I unwrapped it the amazing fresh leather smell greeted me and the beautiful colors of the matcha and chocolate leathers look perfect together.

Cause this is a customized item, I would like to give a breakdown of all the details. I personally could not choose between the matcha and coffee leathers which are both soft leathers that give and bend easily especially compared to stiffer leathers. So the matcha is in an A6 wide size which is seen on the outside and the large pocket is also made of matcha leather. The closure is the grab-and-go in chocolate leather along with the page holder and right side interior pocket.

The reason why I customized it like this is that I wanted the notebook to be secure, have space for a smaller notebook, and have one big pocket for everything I get some packages and mostly mail that I stick in my journals. Currently, there is plenty of space for the notebook to expand as the year goes by.
