Lately I still like I have been drinking too many sugary drinks, mostly due to the abundance of it at work (McDonalds). I wish I can find more healthier ways of getting energy besides lattes and sugar but it seem unavoidable for now so I think I should try to cut down on it at least. Actually this week I haven't bought Starbucks as much as I mostly do but that is due to me paying my phone bill and being broke. A very very sad reason. >.< Also, I think i should use up the tea I have at home anyway. Helps keep me warm in this icebox. ( for some reason the heat isn't up yet in the building)
Besides attemping to be healthy, I have been thinking of ways to help me relax. I am actually a very tensed person. I barely relax and I get a lot of cramps and stiffness. So I might try a chair message from the salon I used to go to and a pedicure. My feet have so many calluses it is unbelieveable.
Besides me not getting enough exercise and the trains in New York running even worse than before, there isn't much going on at the moment.
